ESC is now accepting registrations for the Fall 2008 User Group at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort! As valued ESC customers, we encourage you to attend User Group so you remain informed on industry hot topics as well as the latest ESC product and service offerings.
Meeting highlights include Technical Breakout Sessions, ESC|StackVision Dollars Voting, User Presentations and an XML Question and Answer Session. Don't forget about our famous Shrimp & Schmooze which will be on Wednesday evening!
We recognize that unexpected issues can often occur while away from the office and may require immediate assistance from Software Support. In the event that you experience support issues during User Group, knowledgeable Software Support Specialists will be available on-site at the Support Help Desk, located outside of the General Sessions meeting room on Wednesday and Thursday. Please stop by the Support Help Desk if you need immediate assistance with ESC products.
For the first time, we will offer two days of training prior to the User Group meeting. On November 10 and 11, ESC|University will present the following courses: Data Management with ESC|StackVision, Moving to XML Reporting with ESC|StackVision and ESC|StackVision Version 2.1 Condensed Configuration Class. All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. You can do so by contacting Disney's Coronado Springs Resort by phone at 407.939.1020. When you call to make your room reservation, be sure to indicate that you are attending the ESC User Group so you can take advantage of our special room rate of $155 per night.
Attendees have until Friday, October 10 to book their rooms at the special rate.
We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to make your reservations, as availability is limited!

Transportation
For those attendees who fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO), Disney will provide a complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service, Disney's Magical Express, from the airport to the Coronado Springs Resort.
To ensure seamless service, Disney asks that you make your Disney's Magical Express reservation at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. When making your shuttle reservations, be sure to indicate the number of people staying in your room. Otherwise, Disney will assume only one reservation is being made. Also, be sure to put all guests’ names on your room when making reservations to ensure proper luggage delivery.
If you choose to fly into a surrounding airport, you will be responsible for arranging alternate transportation to and from the resort.

Registration Cost and Deadline
Registration fee: $250 per attendee
*Registration fee includes User Group meetings and materials, snacks and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and the Shrimp & Schmooze reception.
All registrations must be received no later than Tuesday, October 21, 2008.
Please note, the $250 registration fee does not include the price of your hotel stay or ESC|University training classes held at this site.
