The deadline to transition to XML reporting is only a month away! From our experience with the numerous transitions performed this year, ESC can tell you that the move to XML can get overwhelming. In order to provide our customers with the best Support possible during this busy period, ESC has extended our Support hours. Calls outside of these hours will continue to be taken via our emergency, after-hours phone number.
