Upcoming Changes to the ESC CAP Interface

At the end of last year, ESC introduced the Customer Access Portal (CAP) as a means for you to view the Case Management System, allowing you to submit new cases, interact with ESC Support personnel regarding open cases, and search and retrieve historical case records. As part of our promise to continually enhance CAP, we are excited to introduce the Solutions and Ideas features this fall. Solutions will provide you with on-demand answers to questions and resolutions to problems, while Ideas will provide you with a forum to suggest small changes that are not currently being considered on one of our product roadmaps.

In order to launch these new areas, we will be making some changes to the CAP interface in the upcoming weeks. Although some of the changes will be noticeable, don't worry as you will still have the ability to log new Support cases, manage open cases and view all historical case records that are not associated with a product change request.
