An Overview of EPA's Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting Rule for Electric Utilities

Presented by an ESC Regulatory Specialist, this webinar will provide an overview of the key features of EPA's Final Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting Rule, which requires calendar year 2010 facility-wide reporting of GHG emissions for each electric generating unit by March 31, 2011. Requirements for compliance with emission estimation methodologies, monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping will be discussed for both Acid Rain Program (ARP) and non-ARP affected units. In addition, we will also present other source categories for utilities which could potentially be required to report.
Time: Webinars will begin at 11:00 am EST and will last approximately one hour.
