ESC is now accepting registrations for the Fall 2010 User Group which will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. As always, we encourage you to attend User Group so you can remain informed on industry hot topics as well as the latest ESC product and service offerings, but now, more than ever, you really don't want to miss User Group. 2010 has been an especially busy year for us which means we have plenty of important information to update you on and plenty of opportunities for you to voice your opinion. With a major ESC|StackVision release and another version of ESC|FleetVision, the Fall 2010 User Group will be packed with information so you don't want to miss out!

The registration fee for the Fall 2010 User Group will be $350 - but if you register before Monday, October 4th, you qualify for the early bird rate of only $325 so hurry and book now!

By now, we had hoped that the economy would have improved and budgetary restraints wouldn't restrict customers from traveling. However, as ESC continues to listen to our customers, we realize that traveling is still difficult due to budgetary restraints. All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When you call to make your room reservation, be sure to indicate that you are attending the ESC User Group so you can take advantage of our special room rate of $139 per night. Attendees have until Friday, October 1st, or until the low rate rooms fill, to book rooms at the special rate. We realize that many of you often register for User Group and reserve your hotel rooms closer to the event date. However, we strongly encourage you to secure your hotel room as early as possible. Our negotiated overnight rate of $139 applies only to standard rooms, of which there are a limited quantity. If you don't want a standard room at the $139 rate, you have the option to upgrade towers and can do so when reserving your room online or over the phone. • Palace and Augustus Towers (Deluxe Room) - $199/night

Please note that Caesars Palace has five towers: Forum, Palace, Centurion, Roman and Augustus. The General Session meeting and Registration will be located in Palace I which is in the Palace tower, but your guest room may not necessarily be in this same tower. If your guest room is located in the Palace tower, you can access Palace I from the guest room elevators. If your guest room is not located in the Palace tower, it's a short walk and up two escalators in order to access Palace I. Because the property is very large, we strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with the property, towers and meeting space before arriving for the meeting. We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to make your reservations, as availability is limited!

User Group Registration Cost and Deadline

Registration fee: $325 (early bird special rate) on or before October 4th
$350 after October 4th

*Registration fee includes User Group meeting materials, breakfast, snacks and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

All registrations must be received no later than Monday, October 18th, 2010.

Please note, the registration fee does not include the price of your hotel stay or ESC|University training classes held at this site.
