We hope that you’re just as excited about the Fall 2010 User Group as we are. But just because you will be away from the office, doesn’t mean that your responsibilities will stop while you’re in Las Vegas. We understand that many of you have obligations which must be addressed immediately and having access to the internet is essential while you’re out of the office so that you can take care of these responsibilities.
As part of our negotiated contract with Caesars Palace, the hotel is offering a discounted optional package for attendees. For an additional $15 per day, you can add internet access to your guestroom. In addition to guestroom internet access, admittance to the fitness center is also included in this discounted package, allowing attendees to take advantage of a variety of equipment after a long day’s worth of meetings.
If you are interested in this package, please email marketing@envirosys.com by Friday, October 1. In order to make sure that the hotel has ample time to make arrangements, we must know of anyone who is interested no later than Friday, October 1.
