Even though the Fall 2010 User Group is still over a month away, we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations immediately. The hotel is filling quickly and you don’t want to miss out on our special negotiated overnight rate of $139. Attendees have until Friday, October 1st, or until the low rate rooms fill, to book rooms at the special rate so hurry because you only have one more week!
In addition, if you haven’t registered for User Group yet, don’t forget that the early bird rate of $325 also expires in one week! Because we understand that budgets are tight, take advantage of this special rate while you still can. After Monday, October 4th, the registration cost will increase from $325 to $350 so be sure to sign up today!
Don’t forget that Caesars Palace is offering a special discounted package to User Group attendees. For an additional $15 per day, you can add internet access to your guestroom and have access to the fitness center. If you’re interested in this package, please email marketing@envirosys.com by Friday, October 1.

All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When you call to make your room reservation, be sure to indicate that you are attending the ESC User Group so you can take advantage of our special room rate of $139 per night. Attendees have until Friday, October 1st, or until the low rate rooms fill, to book rooms at the special rate. We realize that many of you often register for User Group and reserve your hotel rooms closer to the event date. However, we strongly encourage you to secure your hotel room as early as possible. Our negotiated overnight rate of $139 applies only to standard rooms, of which there are a limited quantity. If you don't want a standard room at the $139 rate, you have the option to upgrade towers and can do so when reserving your room online or over the phone. Please note that Caesars Palace has five towers: Forum, Palace, Centurion, Roman and Augustus. The General Session meeting and Registration will be located in Palace I which is in the Palace tower, but your guest room may not necessarily be in this same tower. If your guest room is located in the Palace tower, you can access Palace I from the guest room elevators. If your guest room is not located in the Palace tower, it's a short walk and up two escalators in order to access Palace I. Because the property is very large, we strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with the property, towers and meeting space before arriving for the meeting. We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to make your reservations, as availability is limited!
User Group Registration Cost and Deadline
Registration fee: $325 (early bird special rate) on or before October 4th
$350 after October 4th
Once again, ESC is excited to announce that online registration is available! To register for these courses and User Group, please visit http://envirosys.com/newsevents/usergroupregistration.aspx and complete the comprehensive Fall 2010 User Group Registration Form. If you would prefer to mail, fax or email your registration, you can still do so by downloading the Fall 2010 Registration Form from the User Group section of the ESC website.
*Registration fee includes User Group meeting materials, breakfast, snacks and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
All registrations must be received no later than Monday, October 18th, 2010.
Please note, the registration fee does not include the price of your hotel stay or ESC|University training classes held at this site.
