We have upgraded our phone systems and created a new local number for our Austin office. Don't worry, you can use either number to reach Support and Sales through the same options in the main menu!
Use either 865-688-7900 (Knoxville) or 512-250-7900 (Austin) to reach out to us.
Then use the following options, just like always:
- Press 3 for Support
- Press 2 for Sales
- Press 1 for the Office of the President
- Press 0 for the Operator
- Press # for the company directory - Then enter the last name of the person you are trying to reach
With this upgrade our phone extensions for individuals have changed. Following is a list of extensions for Sales, Operations and Management personnel who frequently interact with customers.
If you do not see someone on the list that you are used to contacting then please use the company directory, ask our operator for assistance, or email the person and ask them to contact you with their new extension.
