ESC|University realizes the importance that the instructor
brings to the training experience.  In addition to web-based learning, ESCU offers instructor-led training which provides the attendee with the opportunity to interact with an instructor and various peers.  Not only do attendees benefit from instructors and peers, but instructor-led courses also feature hands-on exercises.  Each participant receives a student workbook which reinforces the details presented in the course should the attendee need to revisit this information after the course is complete. 

ESCU offers two forms of instructor-led training.

Workshops
ESCU Workshops are typically one-day training sessions conducted in a larger group setting with approximately 25 to 30 attendees, giving participants the opportunity to discuss current issues with peers.  Workshops primarily focus on communicating knowledge, generating awareness and discussing the potential impact of current hot issues that ESC can assist you with navigating.  Our experienced instructors provide you with the latest information on specific topics and ESC offerings.  As the information is constantly changing, our workshop content is continually evolving, allowing participants to revisit the workshop multiple times for the most up-to-date information.  ESCU Instructors collect and consolidate all available information and present this with general recommendations for future approaches ensuring that learners walk away with the knowledge to make informed decisions and address issues confidently.

Classes
ESCU Classes are training sessions conducted in a small classroom setting with approximately 10 participants.  Classes primarily focus on a foundational topic pertaining to our software or hardware products, specific regulations or technology topics. Classes typically include hands-on activities designed to build the skills or knowledge necessary to perform specific job functions.

Workshops and classes are routinely held in cities throughout the country and at the ESC corporate office in Knoxville, Tennessee.  For a complete listing of each month's offerings and their location, please use the calendar located on this page.  To register for a class or workshop, download the registration form and follow the directions for returning it to ESC.  Once we have received your completed registration form, we will contact you to verify your attendance. 

Private Tutoring
If a public or private session is not convenient, personal (one-on-one) tutoring sessions are available and can be arranged to meet the needs of the learner. Contact ESCU directly about a private tutoring session.
