The 8832 Data Controller provides the CEMS technician with the operator interface needed to easily control calibration functions and input/output settings. The intuitive, menu-driven interface allows the technician to perform these tasks without having to modify ladder logic or computer programs.
The 8832 Data Controller is designed for stand-alone operation. Even when communications to the StackVision server are unavailable, the required regulatory functions continue to take place. These functions include daily calibrations, data calculations and data storage. When communications are restored, the information is automatically updated back to the main server.
