ESC recognizes that our customers have hectic schedules and cannot always find the time to talk one-on-one with ESC about their ideas and concerns.  To ensure that all of our customers are heard, ESC hosts biannual User Group Meetings  each spring and fall for ESC users to interact with fellow users and the ESC team about various products, services and industry hot topics.  Typically a one or two-day event with over 200 attendees, these gatherings provide a valuable opportunity to offer advice and receive solutions from other professionals in the industry.

At ESC User Group, customers will have the opportunity to take advantage of events such as: 

• Presentations from ESC leaders on products, services and regulatory issues
• User Presentations on various ESC and industry-related topics
• Question and Answer Sessions with panels of ESC and industry experts such as EPA
• Technical Breakout Sessions allowing you to discuss time-relevant topics and participate in hands-on exercises within a small grouping of fellow users and ESC team leaders
• ESC|StackVision Dollars Voting wherein users discuss and vote on the topics, tools and/or features that ESC’s Product Development team will focus on for the upcoming six months
• Shrimp and Schmooze Reception which provides a laid-back atmosphere to socialize with industry colleagues, feast on heavy hors d’oeuvres (and of course, SHRIMP!), and enjoy live music.
• Training opportunities courtesy of ESC|University in the days surrounding User Group allowing customers to make the most of their trip to ESC User Group

ESC User Group Meeting locations are chosen by our users, ensuring that the meeting location is easily accessible and mutually desirable to our customers.  Previously, ESC User Group has been held in locations such as Nashville, New Orleans, Orlando and St. Louis.
