Jeff Rabensteine | Vice President, Support Services

As Vice President of Support Services, Jeff’s mission is not only to help our customers succeed in their use of ESC products to meet their environmental compliance objectives and related business objectives, but also manage the Engineering, Project Management, Regulatory and Education Services groups in order to ensure that customers receive the information that they need before, during and after their specific initiative begins. This involves providing them with access to people, knowledge, and tools to increase their productivity and proficiency in the use of our products and services. Since joining ESC in 1988, he has served in many capacities including engineering, project management, business unit management, sales management and customer support management. Yes, we said 1988. That's right, a 22-year career with ESC so he must like something about working here. What began as an informal co-op basis for an Electrical Engineering student has turned into a rewarding career which gave him the opportunity to apply what he learned in school, the insight into what his aspirations were and a significant professional advantage. Jeff's love of the fast-paced work environment, growth opportunities and business challenges provided by ESC keep him coming back. Even after 22 years, Jeff maintains that he has never been bored with his career. In fact, he claims that he has been continuously afforded opportunities to devleop new skills, take on new and challenging responsibilities, participate in defining the company's strategic direction, and develop and execute tactical plans to achieve the strategic goals that he helped define.

For Fun

With so much on his plate, Jeff can't possibly have time for much other than work. Wrong. Jeff and his wife have three young kids that keep them constantly busy. Between church engagements, school responsibilities and sporting activities, his family is always on-the-go and he wouldn't have it any other way! Aside from all of these activities, Jeff and his family enjoy spending their weekends on the lake, enjoying a variety of water sports including skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding and tubing.
