Charismatic, energetic, intelligent, motivated. Just a few words to describe Keisha Gillis so it's no surprise that people enjoy taking her courses. Keisha is a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Marketing. What exactly does a trainer do, you might ask. Upon arriving at ESC as a Trainer with ESC|University, Keisha was immediately introduced to ECMPS and the XML transition process. She worked in the ESC|SafePassage Program – A Smooth Transition to XML and assisted two clients in their XML transition process. Once the transition processes were completed, Keisha began to revamp the Introduction to Regulations course. Working with a Regulatory Specialist, Keisha was able to transform the once high level class into a more basic introductory class ideal for new CEMS personnel. With the Introduction to Regulations course completed, Keisha began work on an intensive four-day workshop entitled Roadmap to Reporting Using ESC|StackVision and the ECMPS Client Tool. Using the knowledge she gained thus far, Keisha was able to develop an all inclusive class that guides reporting personnel through the pathway of reporting. So many accomplishments in so little time! What does she enjoy most about "working" at ESC? As a new comer to the CEMS world, she is constantly learning and feels that she has been able to accumulate a great wealth of knowledge. Working with ESC has provided her an opportunity to work with and learn from the best of the best including staff and customers.
When she’s not at work, Keisha is quite the social butterfly. She enjoys cooking, reading, and socializing with friends and family. Occasionally, Keisha enjoys going fishing with her father.
