The latest SafePassage Program, ESC|SafePassage Program – Transitioning to PADEP Revision 8, is a program designed specifically for PADEP sources that will be transitioning to Revision 8 in 2009.

SafePassage Program – Transitioning to PADEP Revision 8, prepares Pennsylvania facilities to meet the new Continuous Source Monitoring Manual (CSMM) Revision 8 monitoring and reporting requirements. Revision 8 introduces new data validity requirements, new QA test procedures and error calculations, as well as a new reporting format. ESC recognizes that change can be overwhelming and time consuming. With the SafePassage Program – Transitioning to PADEP Revision 8, ESC’s experienced team will assist you in understanding, planning and implementing a successful transition to Revision 8.

The SafePassage Program – Transitioning to PADEP Revision 8 includes:

  • Development of an implementation plan for transitioning to Revision 8
  • Assistance with the preparation and submittal of preliminary documentation to PADEP, including sample hourly data and quarterly reports
  • Regulatory consultation on the appropriate interpretations of Revision 8 options
  • Telephone support on using ESC|StackVision to meet the Revision 8 requirements, including guidance on when to report process code “08” indicating “process down”
