How We’re Supporting Customers Through the COVID-19 Pandemic

We understand the impact and uncertainty that COVID-19 is creating in our industry and communities. To protect the health and safety of our customers, staff and their families, we have a plan to prevent, assess and contain the risk of infection while continuing to provide the support and services your company depends on.

We’re closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 on our business and taking protective measures to safeguard staff and customers from the risk of exposure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we have an active and dynamically changing plan based on daily input from many internal sources. We are well-prepared to fully support customers during this time and beyond. All employees who can work from home are currently doing do. Additionally, we have an Office Visit Policy in place that ensures the safety of all ESC | Spectrum employees and customers. For more information on the Office Visit Policy, please contact Customer Service.

We are currently not experiencing and material shortages. If this changes, we will provide an update.

We are not experiencing staffing shortages currently. We are taking every precaution to keep our personnel isolated and available. Our working from home, travel and office visit policies are helping keep our employees safe.

Most of our support is conducted remotely, and we are providing services without interruption. We are here for you throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Please continue to call the 512-250-7901 number for support and email us at support@envirosys.com for help.

We are working with customers on a case-by-case basis to determine the most appropriate course of action. We are engaging remotely whenever possible. If travel is required, we adhere to all CDC, state and customer guidelines, as well as schedule staff who are in the lowest risk category. Additionally, Austin, TX, where ESC’s headquarters are based, and its surrounding counties are under “Shelter in Place” directives (as of March 24, 2020), which limits travel to emergency only classification.

All non-essential visits to our offices are canceled. However, those with essential business who have “no identifiable risk” according to CDC guidelines may visit ESC and Spectrum Services offices after completing and passing our Office Visit Screening.

Visitors traveling to Texas or Florida may also be subject to evolving travel restrictions from other states.

We will continue to provide reporting services and keep monitoring ECMPS news on the ECMPS website for any changes that might affect reporting requirements.

Currently, we continue to process any RMAs as before. We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 at ESC | Spectrum respective offices and will notify any customer with RMA needs if anything changes.

We have not experienced any notable impacts other than travel restrictions.
