Daylight Saving Time (DST) for 2020 begins this coming Sunday, March 8th at 2:00 am. Clocks are moved forward 1 hour. But, how should you account for that hour in your compliance reports?

How should your DAS handle that hour in your compliance reports?

EPA requires your DAS to remain on Standard Time for collecting and reporting data. See Part 75 Emissions Monitoring Policy Manual, Question 13.4 for more information.

Is your system set up to stay on Standard Time?

Check out this article in the ESC Customer Community (requires login):   Should the StackVision server be adjusted for daylight savings time?

How do you fix it?

If March 8th came and went, and you realize the time on your DAS changed. How do you correct that? This article in the ESC Customer Community is for you:  How do I correct the time on the StackVision server and data controller when the time has been changed due to Daylight Saving Time (DST)?
